At Elite Ink, our embroidery services start with you! When a customer places an order, one of our skilled designers will translate the customer’s idea into an embroidery-ready design.
After the custom-made design is approved, the new art is digitized. This is the detailed process of turning the art into a file type that an embroidery machine can read and the fun begins!
Next, thread colors that correspond to the art are setup on the machine. The thread is pulled through the maze-like machine and the garments are hooped. In apparel embroidery services in Lutz, hooping is the process of attaching the garment to a round hoop that keeps the clothing stable as the machine moves.
The file is chosen on the machine and the thread colors are assigned to the corresponding part of the design. Hooped garments are loaded onto the machine and the machine is started. It moves back and forth to sew the design.
Once the machine is done, the garments are un-hooped and cleaned up. Backing is trimmed and loose threads are cut off. The order is then packed for completion.
There are a lot of factors that go into creating a custom-made t-shirts with embroidery order on time for our customers. Our standard turn-around time for embroidery is two weeks.
